Jacal- Jacal, a primitive construction technique utilizing sticks and mud for
walls.
Key, wrench or valve- la Llave
Knife with folding blade- la Navaja; Knife with fixed blade- el Cuchillo.
Ladder- la Escalera
Land or lot- el Terrano
Leak- la Fuga
Level- Nivel- noun (m): a tool for ensuring true horizontal and vertical
directions. -adjective: flat, even, at the same height
Light bulb- el Foco
Loose- Flojo
Lot, residential- el Lote
Machine- la Machina
